General Information
HLK Biotechnology is a Chinese company founded by two pharma-experienced, US academically trained scientists. HLK is a portal for western companies or entrepreneurs to develop pharmaceuticals for the China market. We provide on the ground technical resources and project management for CMC and pre-clinical development. In addition, we are open to in-licensing or joint development of products. Most critical, is our attention to navigating the hurtles of doing business in China with regard to protecting IP, working with governmental agencies, universities, pharmaceutical/biotech companies, CROs, CMOs and regulators. As American citizens, with residency in Connecticut, we understand that entering the rapidly developing Chinese pharmaceutical market can be daunting. We are flexible in work style and offer strong communication connectivity to the US. Our goal is to bridge the best of the West with the East to bring efficacious and safe medicines to patients.

HLK is conveniently located in the High-Tech Industrial Zone of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. Shenzhen is one of the top four major cities in China and is neighboring next to Hong Kong.
