Help Launch New Science Quest Program
At Shelter Rock School in Danbury May 17

CURE and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. cordially invite you to attend an important milestone in Connecticut science education, the launch of the new Boehringer Ingelheim Science Quest program.

Please join CURE and Boehringer Ingelheim, together with science educators, business executives, government officials and the media, on Monday, May 17 at 10:30 am at the Shelter Rock School in Danbury.

By focusing on elementary school students, the new Boehringer Ingelheim Science Quest program complements and expands the CURE BioScience Explorations educational outreach service, which also includes the CURE BioBus and CURE BioConnection programs.

Featured at the May 17 event will be the school commissioning of the Boehringer Ingelheim Science Quest mobile laboratory, a state-of-the-art vehicle on which students in grades 3-5 will perform exciting new science experiments throughout Connecticut

Joining us as our Guests of Honor are Connecticut Commissioner of Education Dr. Mark McQuillan and U.S. Congressman Christopher Murphy. You will have the opportunity to meet Representative Murphy and Dr. McQuillan and our other guests and to be photographed with students and the new vehicle.

Boehringer Ingelheim Science Quest is a program of CURE Bioscience Explorations, an educational outreach service of CURE (Connecticut United for Research Excellence), the state bioscience organization.

For 125 years Boehringer Ingelheim has been committed to improving the lives of patients and their families through the discovery and development of innovative medicines. This global pharmaceutical company, with its U.S. headquarters in Ridgefield, has a shared commitment with CURE to stimulate interest in science by bringing engaging, quality science curricula directly to students and teachers.

We look forward to seeing you at ShelterRock School.
